The Home Warranty Plan is offered by Cinch Home Services, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the “Cinch Companies”). The Cinch Companies are not affiliates of or endorsed by Sam’s Club. Your contract is with one of the Cinch Companies, and the Cinch Companies are solely responsible for the performance of their obligations to you under that contract. Performance by the Cinch Companies is not guaranteed by Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club has no obligation or responsibility to you (the customer) to perform any responsibilities or obligations of the Cinch Companies under any Home Warranty Product.
