†See terms, conditions, limitations and your effective date in the service agreement that will be sent once Cinch Home Services, Inc. receives and accepts your enrollment request. Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. Deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the plan premium. Non-covered charges, unit caps and dollar amount caps may apply. Cancellation will be deemed effective on the last day of the billing cycle. If you cancel after the effective date of the service agreement and have placed a claim, you may be responsible for any costs associated with claims processed during the term of your service agreement prior to cancellation, or the remainder of the annual premium. Not available in all states; subject to sales tax where applicable.
1Applies only to the HVAC and Built-in Systems Plans, and reimburses you up to $1,200 if (a) your only cooling or heating system is nonoperational for 24 hours or more from the time of the first service visit should there be a delay in acquiring repair parts, or (b) a sudden break in a water pipe results in flooding and the removal of water from the residence by a water removal company is delayed by 24 hours. Only one claim, per member per 12-month period. Additional terms and conditions apply, which will be included in your plan materials you receive after enrollment.
