Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. Deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the plan premium. Non-covered charges, unit caps and dollar amount caps may apply. Cancellation will be deemed effective on the last day of the billing cycle. If you cancel after the effective date of the service agreement and have placed a claim, you may be responsible for any costs associated with claims processed during the term of your service agreement prior to cancellation, or the remainder of the annual premium.
