Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. Deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the monthly plan premium. Non-covered charges, unit and dollar amount caps may apply. If you cancel after 30 days and have placed a claim, you would be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee as well as the remainder of the annual premium or the amount of the claim, whichever is less. Not available in all states; subject to sales tax where applicable
